Why Do Most Fail at Their MLM Businesses? by David L. Feinstein

Do you know why most networking marketing (MLM) businesses fold in their first year? The answer may surprise you.

You probably know that most traditional, brick-and-mortar businesses (like a store or shop) fail in their first year because the expenses compared to revenues are just too great.

This is seldom the case with network marketing. There's very little investment required, you don't need to purchase large stocks of inventory, and there's very little if any overhead because you are working from home. In fact you get paid for the home space used in the form of a tax write off.

So what is the cause of failure in network marketing business start-ups? I can tell you in three words...

Lack of Commitment.

Most give up on their network marketing business in the first three months. They don't even give it time to grow!

Many people start out with a list of goals - reasons they want their own home-based business. For example...

o Time to enjoy life with my loved ones.
o Set my own work hours and conduct business wherever my phone or laptop will go.
o Lifetime financial security.
o Freedom to vacation when I want and where I want.
o Owning a sailboat with polished mahogany, cushy beds and a gourmet galley.
o Retiring in that home on the lake.
o Attending charity balls and auctions.
o Driving the car of my dreams.
o Owning a wardrobe that expresses who I am, not the bargain basement specials.
o Taking a cruise.
o Sleeping well at night, knowing my income is providing well for my family, and that as I sleep, my business is growing.

Dreams are important. Often when you ask someone why they want a home-based business, they will tell you right away what they don't want, what they want to escape - like the boring job, unappreciative boss, long hours, etc.

Knowing what you don't want is a start. But for true inspiration, consider what you do want. Take a few minutes and jot down a list of what you want from your business. We can help you achieve these things, but you have to be committed. You can't do it over night. You can enter the fast track to success if your desire is strong and you are committed.

Perhaps you've read the following quote. It's not written in modern day language; it's not hip, but it conveys an essential truth about success, one that can change your life.

"Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, providence moves too.

"A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. I learned a deep respect for one of Goethe's couplets:

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power and magic in it!'"

W.H. Murray
The Scottish Himalaya Expedition, 1951

Perhaps it was your decision to commit yourself to building your own online home-based business that has led you to seeking to make your dreams come true.

Are you ready to take that big step towards a prospering home business of your very own and the independence and lifestyle this can afford you, or are you "just thinking about it?" Give this some thought. If the answer is "YES!" then it's your time to get started.

Don't feel like you're being pushed or you will forever feel nagged, and nobody wants to drag you along. If you are looking to become a leader, then do it with commitment.

If you're just thinking about it, just weigh the pros and cons of continuing on your present day path or putting in a few extra hours a day to make your dreams come true.

10 New Careers After 50 by Peter Mangini

Most of us over 50s have decided to ride our current jobs to the end. But what happens if you receive the unexpected pink slip? Do you have an idea of what jobs are out there available to you after 50? Do you want more flexibility and control? Would it be just OK with you to skip the commute? These are all valid questions that face the over 50-year-old crowd trying to re-enter the job market. One solution is to work from home online. There are many work-at-home and remote jobs to be had in today's work market. Many companies are opting for remote workers to do the jobs that in the past were only done at the business facility. If you have experience in one of these jobs from your prior experience, you could be in luck. Businesses are seeing the lower costs of having contract and remote workers. Contract workers take care of their own taxes, while remote workers are still on the company payroll. 1. One of the best and most freedom-friendly positions is the affil

Quick Ways to Make Money - Do They Exist? by David L. Feinstein

We so often see people who have gotten themselves into a life that they just don't get excited about anymore. Usually they work a job that they really don't want to wake up for, and basically just dread the same old routine, and doing the same old carpool to work thing. It's prevalent in every part of the world and within every human. For those lucky enough to have found what they love to do, which really makes it not even work anymore, then God Bless them. They've probably worked very hard to get what they want and now are enjoying the fruits of their labors. For the rest of us it's not always so easy. We often toil languidly trying to figure out what it is that we like to do and end up waking up one morning to the dreaded alarm clock to send you off to the 9 to 5. It's a noble living, and those who work hard to raise their families deserve respect. They also deserve more and they know it. But here's the trap. The trap that people fall into is bui

"Create solutions that cost little to no money & always spend less than you ma
